I require a credit card and a 50% deposit to book an appointment. The 50% deposit will be applied to your grand total and the remaining balance will be owed at the end of service. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Texts, Emails, DMs, and voicemails do not suffice as a cancellation notice as I may not see your message within the allotted cancellation timeframe. You MUST cancel the appointment yourself by going online at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a refund of your deposit. My late grace period is 15 minutes. If you don’t arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. I understand that things can come up, if you will be late please inform me by texting me at 484-602-0715 with your ETA and I will let you know if I can still service you by adjusting the service or if I will need to consider the appointment cancelled. If I am still able to service you, a $5 late fee will be incurred in addition to your remaining balance due. Thank you!
